Desirism is a theory of morality for skeptics, scientists, and naturalists. It is a theory of moral value that exists in the physical universe, and does not depend on mysterious things like intrinsic value, intrinsic virtue, categorical imperatives, hypothetical contracts, or divine commands. An ear-splittingly awful & passionate performance of "O Holy Night". I've heard many stories of how this came to be, but my my favorite is that he submitted it to Christian radio station KTIS to "use for ministry." Unsurprisingly, they never did. Much worse than anything I've heard on the reels of shame on American Idol. And, it gets worse and worse (better and better) the longer you listen. Amazing.

Frankly, once you listen to this episode you will be better equipped to discuss fine-tuning than 90% of the people who discuss it on the internet. The 11 responses to fine-tuning we discuss are: "It's just a coincidence." "We've only observed one universe, and it's got life. So as far as we know, the probability that a...
